September 19, 2020 Meeting Minutes

At Lil Hummer’s

 The September meeting of the Pickerel Pearson Wolf River Riders was called to order at 9:00am by President Jamie Prouse. 

 The last month's Meeting Minutes were given.

 The Treasury report was given.

 The Trail report was given: Signs have not been posted on all county roads yet. The roads that will not be opened to ATVing will be posted when known.  Chuck will be fixing some washed out areas on the trail. Oct. 3rd ride - meet at 9am at the White Lake Community Center - ALL are welcome to ride!

 Motion was passed to update our 2016 Quickbooks

August 15, 2020 Meeting Minutes

 The August 2020 meeting of the Pickerel Pearson Wolf River Riders was called to order at 9:00am by President Jamie Prouse. 

 The last month's Meeting Minutes were given.

 The Treasury report was given: We will be reimbursed for the Bridge fund.

 The Membership report was given: 48 Family, 13 Single, and 11 Business Memberships

 The Trail report was given:

     Trail rerouted that runs from Lost Lake to Lil' Hummers due to deep water/mud holes

     Route approved Hwy T to Longshots and DD to Lotter's BP

     County public meeting for all county roads to be accessible to ATV/UTVs - Signage is required first if passes

New news:

     Marty, Wanda, and Audrey - benefit ride and presented club with donation

     15 year anniversary of the club - Dinner with CASH Bar on October 17th at the Country Inn: see Facebook web page as RSVP required

    Still issues with speeders: potential solutions discussed and motion to spend money on Signs was Approved

 July 18, 2020 Meeting Minutes

 The July 2020 meeting of the Pickerel Pearson Wolf River Riders was called to order at 9:00am by President Jamie Prouse. 

 The last month's Meeting Minutes were given.

 The Treasury report was given: funds were disbursed for telephone, culvert, and bridge work.

 The Membership report was given: 48 Family, 13 Single, and 11 Business Memberships

 The Trail report was given:

     Trails being checked for downed trees across them

     Two gates are coming for the Malitz property

     Just before the bridge the trail is wiped out

     Patroling of trails discussed: how to reduce speeding

     Meeting for all county roads to be accessible to ATV/UTVs held on the 8th with a public meeting on the 27th for opinions

New news:

     Approved - the club will Sponser a hole at Maplewood Golf Course benefit
